“But what if I’m away this Thursday?” No problem! Let us know via whats app and we’ll postpone your delivery to the following week.
Fresh greens to retail and restaurant industries
We supply fresh microgreens to chefs, restaurants, caterers, retailers, deli’s and directly to homes in Cape Town.
Yep! Straight to your door. We can deliver microgreens harvested and packaged or as live trays for you to harvest from your own kitchen.
“The microgreens were four- to 40-fold more concentrated with nutrients than their mature counterparts, when we first got the results we had to rush to double and triple check them.”

Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland in College Park.

All the good stuff
Our seeds are natural, untreated, non-gmo and local where we can get!
We use NatureWorks biodegradable compostable containers for our greens and sprouted hummus
We don’t add any chemical inputs in our production and processing. And we collect spring water to water our microgreens and process our sprouted hummus.
We’re aiming to be beyond sustainable. And we believe in empowering food sovereignty by showing you how to produce nutrient dense food in your own home. Reach out to stay in the loop about our upcoming microgreens workshops.
“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” Nelson Mandela
Diversity Creates Resilience
We share a collaborative space at 150 Main Road Muizenberg with the very popular Dr Juice and The Muize Kitchen, a project of Amava Oluntu (NPO) to whom we donate our surplus microgreens to use in their R50 meal initiative. Come check out our colourful microgreens farm and harvest your own microgreens from our plastic free retail store where you can stock up on food and household supplies with zero packaging. Grab a coffee or juice and watch the surfers from our stoep! Or join The Muize Kitchen for a sit down delicious and generous plate of food for only R50 and let your R50 sponsor a member of the community to receive the same plate for R15 from the Muizenberg community gardens. And there’s yet more development happening with our Camissa Moon microgreens farm to table cafe soon to launch. Yep, there’s so much happening in the space because diversity creates resillience and that’s how we navigate the future.
